What to
Expect After You List:
- Lock Box Installed
- Sign Ordered (2-3 Days)
- Real Estate Agent Preview Home (Tuesday and/or Wednesday)
- Open House if requested
- Showings
- Office to leave message & issue lock box.
- All lights should be on for showings and heat comfortable
- Put all valuables away
- It is preferred that you go out briefly for showings if possible.
- Note: Agents may be late, not cancel, forget to leave business card, turn off lights
and/or lock up incorrectly even though instructed to do so.
- Agent & Purchaser Feedback
- Agents will be requested to fill out questionnaire regarding
- Price - Location - Interior - Exterior
- Weekly - I will report and update you every Monday!
- Bi -Weekly - Every second Monday a full review of pricing strategy and current market
conditions will be reviewed and appropriate suggestions will be made to get your home
sold!
